WLI Vision

Wagner Leadership Institute is an international apostolic training center, established to equip the saints for Kingdom ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). Our training places the highest priority on impartation and activation for in-service saints. We believe we are to equip the equippers through powerful impartation and activation and release them for signs, wonders and miracles in this season of spiritual harvest. The Lord is using WLI to transform men and women so that He can transform cities and nations.

WLI History and Mission

Founded in 1998, WLI reflects a new paradigm and a unique approach to training for practical ministry. Students learn in a creative, revelatory atmosphere of teaching, impartation and activation with opportunity for hands-on practical ministry application. WLI Central provides an apostolic network of like-minded leaders for networking, training and sharing resources. WLI is called to establish new infrastructures for Kingdom growth through the Eph. 4:11 Kingdom Model.

WLI is raised up as a vehicle for global apostolic reformation and restoration through the WLI Regional Centers that will facilitate this transformation by replicating themselves. As a Regional grows distinctively, they will give birth to their own network of leaders who look to them as their apostolic counsel. Our goal is to mature and expand these leaders to increase in their sphere of influence to transform their region

We Believe

Wagner Leadership Institute positions itself in the evangelical theological stream of Protestant Christianity. It adheres to the Apostles’ Creed and to the core doctrines of the Protestant Reformation, namely the ultimate and essential authority of the Scriptures for Christian faith and practice, justification by faith, and the priesthood of all believers. It believes that God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, that Jesus was born of a virgin, that He was physically raised from the dead, and that an individual’s personal relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior determines that individual’s eternal destiny in heaven or in hell. The fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples of all nations is central to the focus of Wagner Leadership Institute.

WLI Core Values

The Day of the Saints – WLI believes in the ministry of the saints, meaning every believer is called to do the work of God’s kingdom, whether in the church, workplace or other individual spheres of influence. There is no dividing line between the pulpit and pew – we are one in the Body of Christ.

Impartation & Activation – WLI training includes equipping students with knowledge and revelation and anointing them to go forth in power. This impartation comes from God and flows through our seasoned faculty (mothers and fathers in the Kingdom), who minister to students out of their ascension gifts. As impartation occurs, we are dedicated to activating and releasing students in the flow of God’s anointing.

Maturity – Our goal is for all students to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, as demonstrated by the degree to which we express His character, power and love. We recognize spiritual maturity and becoming more like Christ is a process. We seek to grow in a deeper, more intimate walk with the Lord, knowing we are perfected, transformed and matured in His presence.

Spirit of Excellence – Our desire is to glorify God in all we do by serving the Body of Christ with a Spirit of Kingdom excellence as we advance God’s Kingdom here on earth.
